Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Reusable frameworks, tools, and pre-existing components remain the property of Webpista and are licensed for use within the project.

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, and plugins. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpista shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
